Library Board members make use of the data presented at monthly meetings and in annual reports. This accurate information can be a useful tool for advocacy and for refuting some of the inaccurate statement made by people who have little knowledge about libraries and the people who use them. Yet sometimes the compilation of the data can take much time for the CEO. What data, do you see as being useful for either the monthly reports or the annual report?
I hope that both librarians and board members will contribute to the discussion.
