Ontario Library Boards' Association (OLBA) has developed 'Leadership by Design' (LBD) as an on-line resource for Public Library Board Members to use to develop sound governance skills and practices.

Hi Lynn,
We do use it and we have established quite a file on legacy i.e possible new trustees, fund raisers etc.
