We are just about to launch wireless internet access at two of our rural branches. The system we use for wireless is pretty straightforward, but generally we find that people have trouble with the settings, etc on their own computers, and that this is the most common issue with people accessing our wireless services. As these branches are quite a distance from the main library, where our IT is based, we are looking at developing handouts to help people use the wifi.
Have any of you developed general tip sheets to assist your users in accessing wireless internet? If so, I'd love to steal, er, see them.

Laura,
Do you still want to see some tip sheets after a year? I know that the Orillia Public Library has 4 tip sheets/handouts. Kelli Absalom would be the person to contact.
