  1. Please excuse cross-postings OLITA Tech Talks Have you been working on an interesting tech-related project that you're itching to share with the world? Do you have the inside scoop on a groundbreaking new technology, or an innovative way of using old tech? Proposals are now being accepted for OLITA Tech Talks at Super Conference 2017. Each "lightning style" talk will have a strict time limit of 5 minutes, plus time for a few quick questions from the audience. Never given a lightning talk before? Pick up some tips here:https://barriebyron.wordpress.com/2013/02/17/so-you-want-to-give-a-lightning-talk/. Use this form to submit your proposal by November 21. Be sure to give your talk a title, and include a 3-4 sentence description - make it sound like the exciting kind of presentation you would want to attend. Tell us about the beautiful failure: Was there an event that no one attended? Did a liaison relationship go nowhere? Did an online tutorial crash and burn? Join us in a supportive and constructive environment as speakers share their great ideas gone wrong in a lightning talk format. You never know – you might be inspired!
